In addition to entry-level technician positions, where we offer in-depth training and growth opportunities, we also have opportunities for established technicians, who will receive additional training to align with our expert-level customer service goals and internal processes.
Day in the Life as a Technician
As a technician, you will work on equipment at customer locations to ensure that their machines are running at peak condition, maximizing their uptime. Depending on your level of experience, you will be getting on-the-job training, working in our top-of-the-line repair shops, or be out in the field directly servicing customers.

Picture yourself as a field service technician traveling the area in a fully loaded Papé service vehicle, performing top-notch service on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that customers can count on you to get the job done right.
Competitive Pay and Benefits
Our entry-level technician positions start at $20-$30/hour depending on experience. As experience levels increase, hourly rates only go up, with established shop technicians making $30-$50/hour depending on experience.
